Valley View Casino
Client: Kitchell General Contractors

Valley View Casino, owned by the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians, opened in 2001 and is a southwestern adobe-style venue. When the 46,000-sf casino underwent renovations, Casper Company worked in phases to minimize disruptions during the demolition process. Coordinating with drywallers, temporary partitions were placed to limit disturbance to guests while Casper crews sawcut, broke and removed the interior concrete slab, existing building foundations and the porte cochere. Casper was also responsible for the removal of the original casino—a 15,000-sf metal sprung building similar to a large tent—as well as the structure’s concrete slab.
