Since founding Casper Company in 1984, Roger has grown the business to approximately 200 employees, a fleet of trucks and equipment and annual gross sales that have dramatically increased. He has devoted his entire career to the specialty construction areas of concrete cutting, wrecking, modification and demolition. Roger learned this specialty contracting business from the ground up, having started out as a compressor operator and concrete cutter prior to establishing Casper Company.
From Balboa Park to the Gaslamp Quarter, Casper Company has been called upon to perform delicate interior demolition and modification to some of San Diego's most prestigious landmarks, high-rise buildings, educational facilities, and military installations. Under Roger’s leadership, Casper Company has developed long-term and highly-successful relationships with many of San Diego’s top builders, as well as medical, industrial and commercial facilities’ managers.

Growing up in the family contracting business in Oregon State provided Ken with a jump start on an industry career that has spanned more than three decades. Since joining Casper Company in 1986, his primary functions have included project management, planning and estimating. Ken is perhaps best known for his remarkable delivery on demanding project schedules.
Ken has played a major role in the success of Casper Company, primarily through upgrading of the estimating department. By working with iSqft (iSquare Foot), an application which streamlines the estimating process, Ken is able to bring all the pieces necessary to produce a solid estimate together in one place. In addition to the enhanced capability of being able to access plans quickly, This system is also providing more accurate take-offs to Casper Company clients and increasing production value by eliminating the need to drive all over town to get the information needed to estimate a project.

For Greg Casper, his 20 years of experience in the concrete-cutting and demolition field has been a real family affair. As a certified asbestos building inspector, Greg is able to perform hazardous-material surveys and collection of bulk sample analysis essential to thorough hazardous-materials mitigation.
Utilizing his knowledge of demolition and renovation, in addition to his abatement training, inspection certification and specialized licensing, Greg has been instrumental in building Casper Company's Environmental Division. In the perfect world of demolition, crews would come in and quickly dismantle an entire structure and leave no visible trace of its prior existence. In reality, a large portion of Casper Company’s work involves soft demolition—or selectively removing interior finishes from a building—which requires both precision and careful planning. Steve Casper has perfected his ability to estimate and develop approaches to these types of projects through his many years of specialized experience in all aspects of concrete cutting, wall sawing, field management and estimating.
Steve’s forte is interior demolition for tenant improvements that have transformed many of San Diego’s high-end office buildings from out-dated to outstanding. While every project has a unique set of challenges, common denominators in the tenant-improvement arena are sticking to a budget and schedule while safely and efficiently providing demolition in an occupied building. Repeat business from satisfied clients is testament to Steve’s abilities to convert space into the most desirable Class “A” offices—all while allowing Casper Company clients to conduct business as usual without missing a beat.
At the heart of Casper Company’s success is our Operations Manager, Isabel Marocco who keeps this well-oiled machine at peak performance. After numerous years with Casper, Isabel has held nearly every office position in the company, which provides her with keen insight into every aspect of operations. Her background in accounting has been a valuable asset in Isabel’s ability to grow the finance and payroll capabilities of Casper as the company grew over the years.
In addition to overseeing the traditional office staff, Isabel wears the Operations Manager hat under which she is responsible for all field personnel—from laborers to superintendents. Keeping all Casper Company projects running like clockwork requires Isabel to be able to balance workloads and ensure that each project receives the right resources—both manpower and equipment—at the right time.
