Safety is Our Family Business
The very nature of the business we’re in—containing environmental hazards and demolition—presents unique physical and health challenges that must be addressed. Therefore, safety for all employees is embedded in our company culture from top to bottom.
Our safety efforts are overseen by Brian Porter, Safety Director and Gabriel Marocco, Safety Coordinator. Together, they ensure accountability of supervisory personnel and OSHA adherence, provide enforcement oversight, and conduct regular job hazard analysis. They are also constantly establishing training programs to enhance the team's existing expertise and meticulously maintaining the Casper Company Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual (IIPP) each year.
